We are regularly looking to welcome new members to our Board to support our community and we would be glad to hear from you if this is of interest, especially if you can complement our skills and experience base. Board meetings tend to happen once a month.

Based in the heart of Witham, the properties provide access to the town centre, its services and shops, parks and walks, as well as being close to rail and bus transport links. 

At present we have accommodation for 40 plus residents in bedsits and flats at our two properties, Podsbrook House in Guithavon Street and Noel Pelly House in Collingwood Road.  The accommodation, including residents’ lounges, is conducive for a positive community spirit with various events taking place throughout the year. 

Accommodation regularly becomes available and the day to day management of the properties is carried out by an Operations Manager and support staff, while overall direction and oversight of the association is by a Board of Management comprising  volunteers with varying skills and experience.
