Apply for a property
To apply for a property with Witham Housing Association you must be aged 60 or over and must have a connection with Witham.
Your application will be awarded points and the total number of points awarded will determine your place on the waiting list.
Vacant apartments will be first offered to those at the top of the list.
If we have not been able to offer you housing within a year, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to remain on the waiting list. You will be asked to provide evidence to support the information given on your application form.
